Air Mobility Data Analyst

C5T is currently seeking an Air Mobility Data Analyst with experience in in utilizing air transportation or similar DoD systems such as GDSS and GATES to assist in the development of methodologies for mission data collection for AMC and MAF mission types. Essential Functions Develop and implement solutions by using standard methods, techniques and tools and will produce products for executive level briefings Assist in the recovery of planned and actual airlift mission information on AMC owned and controlled assets from defense transportation systems Compare that data to the planned mission data from sources such as the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), the Integrated Development Environment/Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC), Global Decision Support System (GDSS), Single Mobility System (SMS), the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and the Global Command and Control System (GCCS) Assist in the entering of that movement fidelity into the 618 AOC's database Update/correct fuel and receiver data in the 618 AOC (TACC) database Collect data on Change of Operational Control (CHOP'ed) Tankers based on data availability Track and report data quality in contractor-developed formats approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) May be asked to provide shift work support

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
• Three years' experience collecting, analyzing and reporting enterprise data for customers
• Previous experience producing products for executive level briefings
• Strong knowledge of air transportation policies, procedures, concepts principles, and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Secret Security Clearance

Preferences

• Previous experience in air transportation or similar operations
• Three years' experience in disciplines such as Knowledge Management, Project Management, Six-Sigma and/or Change Management.
• Understanding of organizational, design and resource requirements.
• Understands process performance measuring and controls.

Used Lean-Six-Sigma or methodologies such as Business Process Management (BPM), and Change Management to improve organizational efficiencies. Knowledgeable on process mapping/modeling tools/methodologies. Experience with Information Technology development/change as well as adapting functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions

• Participated in developing and delivering products relative to statistical methodologies and process improvement systems such as spreadsheets and metrics.
