C5T is currently seeking a Global Operations Center (GOC) Business Case Analyst to support USTRANSCOM Global Operations Center, Scott AFB, Illinois. The GOC Business Case Analyst will provide modeling, simulation, and optimization expertise in support of current and future operations planning processes and operational decision support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The GOC Business Case Analyst will work closely with functional planners to assist in providing what-if analysis.
• This position develops network capacity planning and design, TPFDD refinement, force flow conference support, comparative analytics, demand/requirement forecasting and shaping, process performance, or other planning factors as required by operations center leadership.
• This position shall provide in-depth modeling tool knowledge to set up, operate, and communicate analytic results in an operational environment that adequately meets timing and fidelity requirements.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Master's degree in Operations Research, mathematics, or similar quantitative degree and 10 years operational military logistics experience and a knowledge of the Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (experience in lieu of education will be considered.)
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.
• Experience with commercial and government analytic tools, required (e.g. Cognos, Analysis of Mobility Platform, Tableau, Joint Flow and Analysis System for Transportation).
• Strong mathematical and analytic method skills, required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
• Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills, required.
• Experience at USTRANSCOM or its Component Commands, preferred.
