C5T is seeking a Senior Concepts Analyst to support a team tasked with providing strategic professional and functional expertise to assist the USTRANSCOM Strategic Plans, Policy and Logistics Directorate (TCJ5/J4) in integrating USTRANSCOM strategic objectives, assessments, and wargaming via concept exploration and analysis.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This team will also develop USTRANSCOM Strategic Engagement and Security Cooperation guidance; create concepts that mature USTRANSCOM and Joint Deployment and Distribution (JDDE) equities; and support USTRANSCOM, Joint, Combatant Command (CCMD), Service-led, and other wargames by designing realistic USTRANSCOM scenarios and logistics planning assumptions.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree plus four (4) years' experience related to the field of work OR Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years related experience. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Professional experience must be in Logistics, distribution, transportation, supply chain management, strategy, joint capability development, governance, and DoD strategy development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation for access to sensitive materials. Individuals must hold a clearance at the SECRET level at the time of interview, TS/SCI
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
