The Deputy Program Manager / TEMPEST Certification and Accreditation Lead is responsible for supporting the 618 AOC migration to the new Joint Operations Mission Planning Center (JOMPC). Accreditation or Joint Air Defense Systems Integrator (JADSI) and Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT) and accreditation and certification package maintenance are required for Joint Range Extension (JRE), Multifunctional Integration Destruction System/Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS/JTRS), Situation Awareness Data Link (SADL), and Tanker Airborne Long-range Communication Plus (TALC+). This support includes all aspects of ensuring a successful TEMPEST certification and accreditation. A successful candidates will assist in the planning, initiation, and management of IT projects. Leading technical staff. Serving as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Planning project stages and assesses business implications for each stage. Monitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, monitor, and close projects by applying professional project management tools and techniques under the di-rection of designated 618 Air Operations Center Chief of Staff office personnel.
- Provide project management support to monitor and track IT and other discipline change requests and projects in support of 618 Air Operations Center mission and the JOMPC migration.
- Gather and centralize IT and other discipline requirements for the JOMPC relocation project.
- Facilitate meetings, allocate resources, arbitrate project contention, take, and distribute meeting notes, and brief senior leadership. The contractor shall attend meetings as identified by the Government and provide summary/detailed results/impact of meetings upon request by the Government.
- Provide industry standard deliverables throughout the life cycle of any assigned projects.
- Produce project charter, schedules, implementation plan with list of materials used, change requests, and close-out documentation.
- Maintain separate 618 AOC and 618 ACOMS TEMPEST packages as necessary to ensure packages accuracy, validity, and integrity of the TEMPEST program.
- Act as centralized SME and perform Package Creation, Collaboration, and coordination services to assure TEMPEST program accuracy as systems are installed and IT changes are implemented.
- Provide expertise and equipment configuration schemes that are in compliance of DAF Secure Space requirements. Contractor shall coordinate, clarify, and brief physical, informational, and TEMPEST guidance in meetings, briefings, and emails, etc. concerning secure areas as needed or directed by 618 ACOMS or 618 AOC.
- Maintain the developed TEMPEST artifacts for all 618 AOC/618 ACOMS responsible secure collateral areas in any AOC controlled building and act as a TEMPEST SME concerning new and existing areas related to the 618 ACOMS interests, including but not limited to bldg. 1948, 3189, and JOMPC.
- Provide TEMPEST services and guidance to new building and building renovation projects design reviews with Secure Network requirements. Contractor shall clarify physical, information and TEMPEST guidance in meetings, briefings, and emails, etc. concerning new and existing secure areas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Minimum 5 years experience
- Secret Security Clearance is required for this position.
- Must possess a DOD 8570 IAM I certification (including Security+ or equivalent.)
- Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53rev4 and other NIST SPs that relate directly to the RMF process.
- Experience with DoD IT networking and security requirements.
- Experience in the A&A process and development of RMF certification packages.
- Knowledge of in network access control, intrusion prevention, and detection systems, firewalls, routers, incident response, information security methods, and risk management.
- Working knowledge of supporting Operating Systems: Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Basic familiarity with the A&A accreditation tool, eMASS.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
