The Deputy Program Manager is responsible for overall contract performance. This position serves as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. The Deputy Program Manager is also responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

Assigned Deputy Program Manager activities include, but are not limited to:

• Organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
• Managing teams of contract support services personnel at multiple locations.
• Maintaining and managing the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
• Meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.
• Serving as the PM in his/her absence.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Bachelors/Years
• 10 plus years of experience
• Secret Security Clearance
