C5T is looking to hire a Distribution Portfolio Analyst. This position analyzes external Department of Defense IT investments affecting USTRANSCOM.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The Analyst will be responsible for stakeholder socialization between USTRANSCOM and the military services and combatant commands, advising USTRANSCOM leadership with identification of gaps and duplications in distribution and distribution-related IT capabilities.
• Identify problems related to process and system interoperability and assist users to develop solutions.
• Compare and evaluate different logistics processes and systems to identify duplication and redundancies.
• Develop metrics and measures of process and system performance compared to regulatory/legal restrictions.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field of work along with 7 years related experience. (Experience in lieu of education will be considered.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Preferred qualifications include experience coordinating issues with multiple military services and combatant command staffs.
• Candidate must have a working knowledge and demonstrated experience relevant to IT systems supporting the military distribution process and IT development requirements process.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
