We are looking to hire an ITIL Expert for an upcoming project in first quarter of 2020. The ITIL Expert is a key member of the team with responsibility across the entire program. This key position provides the expertise required to ensure all aspects of ITIL best practices are addressed in a way to increase the effectiveness of the team internally and externally. Leads the ITIL implementation and improvement effort and mentors all members of the COM-F team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzes and improves internal COM-F processes, procedures and functions using ITIL best practices
• Assists with implementing ITIL across the COM-F area of responsibility
• Conducts process assessments and process maturity model analysis
• Trains, mentors, and advises members of the team
• Develops applicable processes and associated documentation
• Assures the end-to-end operability of ITIL processes
• Provides expertise on all aspects of the Service Model
• Develops standard Models for Service scope and Service level definition
• Develops a robust and repeatable Service Design methodology to be deployed and maintained

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science or Computer Related Field
• ITIL Expert Certification desired
• 8-10 years of experience working in an ITIL environment
• 5 years of Service Design experience
• Ability to motivate and teach people of different backgrounds and professional levels
• Ability to plan and meet establish deadlines
• Secret Security Clearance
