The Improvement and Productivity SME will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Expert in knowledge management process, tools, and techniques.
• Facilitates overall knowledge and information management and process improvement including data collection, input, analysis, presentation, and record keeping processes at Air Terminal Records and Reports functions world-wide.
• Ability to succinctly gather info and present implementation ready COAs.
• Effectively engage and advise at the executive leader thru team member level.

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Federal Secret Clearance Required
• Certified Knowledge Manager
• Selected candidate must have IGlobal Mobility Air Operations Course (GMAOC), (MAF AFFOR) Staff course and AMC Staff Orientation course
• Must be IAT I certified
