C5T is currently seeking a Portfolio Analyst with project management experience, strong coordination and writing skills. The selected employee shall support the Government identifying the status, issues, and shortcomings of the USTRANSCOM's Logistics (Log) Informational Technology (IT) systems with modernization efforts required by the command, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Defense for Logistics, DoD Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO), the DoD Comptroller, and/or directives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing (and maintaining) a listing of USTRANSCOM's Log IT systems, containing information regarding each system's status with any compliance requirement.
• Assisting in the development, revision, coordination, and/or publication of Log IT strategy or related documents.
• Assisting the Government in developing and converting Log IT strategies into measurable implementation plans (containing information such as milestones, reporting requirements, and illustration of how improvements will achieve any directed Log IT transformation effort).
• Interacting with the Log IT system program management offices, monitoring progress, and providing situational awareness of the command's Log IT efforts during meetings and events.
• Planning, coordinating, and attending meetings with personnel both internal and external to USTRANSCOM for the dissemination and exchange of Log IT information.
• Working assigned taskers relating to Log IT including preparing point papers, briefings, articles, and other documents.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance required - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
• The qualified candidate must have three to five years' experience and a bachelor's degree in a business or a related field (Experience in place of education will be considered.).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills required.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are a must.
