We have a future opening for a Knowledge Manager. The selected candidate will review all strategic, operational, and tactical processes to ensure our team is agile and adaptable to changes in the current environment and can help anticipate changes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliberately establishes review and improvement cycles through our "organization, people, processes, and tools.
- Balance technology, information, processes, and individual and organizational learning within a culture of shared values.
- Lead/contribute the development of a knowledge management strategy and associated implementation plan.
- Lead/contribute to the development and execution of the KM Governance Plan.
- Develop a comprehensive mapping of KM information sources and knowledge, including processes.
- Contribute to the develop and ongoing maintenance of the knowledge management system(s).
- Creates an approach for guiding on going analyses needed to address observed KM and process gaps and for identifying opportunities for innovation, process, procedure, and policymaking adjustments.
- Oversee capacity building and support for internal knowledge acquisition, management and sharing; ensure relevant communities of practice are developed and strengthened.
- Support development of staff, consultants, and key partners and on all aspects of knowledge management.
- Key member of the teams continued productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a similar discipline is required.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related experience is required.
- Demonstrated successful experience managing IT teams.
- Must be able to effectively and tactfully communicate with customers and staff to convey and fulfill all duties and responsibilities listed in the contract.
- All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are a must.
Requirements:
- Security Clearance level required: To be determined a clearance level of "Secret" may be required. If so, individual will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classification access. - US Citizenship/Work Eligibility: This position requires a candidate who is either a current US Citizen or has appropriate paperwork to show eligibility for full-time work in the US.
