C5T is looking to hire a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building new hybrid Microsoft 365 applications. This person will work as part of our newly formed Research and Development team. The selected candidate will possess a thorough understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, OData, OpenID Connect, Microsoft identities (including Azure AD and Microsoft accounts), Azure AD B2C, and permission/consent concepts. The successful candidate will join our Agile team, guiding the design, building, and testing of a new collaboration and planning suite leveraging the Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop solutions on a Microsoft Teams/Azure platform through all phases of software development.
• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture
• Provide technical guidance to development team
• Inform stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have and make recommendations to leadership
• Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes
• Participate in team agile planning and collaboration ceremonies

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4 Years' experience (prefer 6+ years) designing and developing REST APIs using MS Visual Studio/C#/.NET Framework/JSON.
• 2 years (prefer 4 years) of experience in configuring telephony workloads for a Teams implementation, including Direct Routing, VoIP and SIP protocols, messaging, and collaboration solutions.
• 2 years (prefer 4 years) programming experience with the Microsoft Graph API library, developing interfaces between embedded applications and Microsoft 365/Teams.
• 2 years of experience with the configuration, troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Azure Active Directory and other core Microsoft 365 components.
• 1 year experience (2+ years desired) with Azure server configuration to include Azure AD, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access Rules, Windows File Services, and Group Policies.

Desired:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database design and T-SQL programming.
• Experience with PowerShell/scripting.
• Experience delivering solutions utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with one or more of the following: Azure DevOps Server (Express), Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab.
• Familiarity with the Azure CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience with Extreme Programming (i.e., Paired Programming and TDD)

Desired Certifications:

• MCSE certification (MS-600 exam) Building Applications and Solutions with Microsoft 365 Core Services.
