C5T is currently seeking a Mission Assurance Analyst to provide expertise as part of a team to build a Full Spectrum Mission Assurance (FSMA) model to enhance decision making. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify and analyze Mission Assurance Organizations, processes, and tools - including USTRANSCOM and external organizations and processes.
• Design, conduct, and assess users relative to existing and developing processes and tools
• Generate reports, briefings with recommendations to improve mission assurance decision support
• Research and analyze Mission Assurance people, processes, and tools.
• Document what currently exists, what is being developed, identify gaps, and help provide recommendations for improvement.
• Research and evaluate new technology, techniques, and tactics focused on the threat to mission success.
• Evaluate mission threat operations and system vulnerabilities.
• Leverage existing work to develop a Mission Assurance Model.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance or higher required. - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
• The qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field of work. (Experience in place of education will be considered.)

• Five (5) years' experience working in a Mission Assurance discipline/related field
• Five (5) years' experience in an operational environment
• Five (5) years' in a related discipline (such as Intel, Security, Operations, Emergency Management, Munitions, Cybersecurity) desired
• Familiarity with Risk Management Plan (RMP) development and maintenance
• Demonstrated success as a team player capable integrating operational and technical perspectives.
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
• Ability to assist in developing a Project Plan and Milestones (POAM)
• Ability to track progress on a POAM and provide direction, guidance and alerts as needed to achieve the objectives
• Ability to think critically, work with a team, and to present objective recommendations

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred qualifications include experience coordinating issues with multiple military services and combatant command staffs.
• Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills required.
• Experience at USTRANSCOM or its Component Commands preferred.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are a must.
