Program Manager

C5T is seeking a Program Manager to support the requirements of several DOD organizations. Successful candidates will have experience analyzing organizational processes and policies and providing oversight of workflow within US government organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Providing direction to project personnel.
  • Exercising independent judgment, as well as high level of analytical skill, in solving complex and unusual technical, administrative, and managerial problems.
  • Providing overall direction of program activities.
  • Accountability for all aspects of performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial).
  • Consulting with the customer to ensure conformity to contractual obligations.
  • Establishing and maintaining reports to show progress of projects.
  • Organizing and assigning responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Assuming the initiative and providing support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business.
  • Ensuring maximum service is obtained from all operations through efficient use of personnel and equipment. Works with managers to develop operational plans.
  • The leadership and training of line personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Ten (10) years progressively responsible experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and management related to oversight, planning, administration, and/or technical implementation of projects.
  • Headquarters-level staff experience - preferably at Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), Air Mobility Command (AMC) or United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills in order to successfully facilitate meetings with senior government officials.
  • C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem solving capabilities are a must.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation for access to sensitive materials. Individuals must hold a clearance at the SECRET level at the time of interview.
