C5T is currently seeking a Project Manager for our USTRANSCOM Mission Assurance Team. This department synchronizes risk management activities across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise to provide actionable risk information to key decision makers. This is accomplished through numerous actions including Mission Decomposition, Risk to Mission/Risk to Force assessments, Continuity of Operations Planning, Emergency Management, Information Operations, policy and governance reviews, Mission Assurance Assessments, and the inclusion of cyber risk across the spectrum of Mission Assurance related programs and activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manages substantial program and technical support operations involving multiple projects, task orders, and personnel in support of Command Mission Assurance Program requirements. Provides overall direction of program activities.
• Responsible for all aspects of performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial). Has demonstrated information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management.
• Meets and confers with ordering activity management officials regarding the status of specific contractor program and technical activities and problems, issues, or conflict resolution.
• Organizes and assigns responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
• Responsible for team integration and focus on meeting or exceeding the customer's needs.
• Scope of effort includes MA programs, MA Operations, Information Operations, command emergency management, continuity of operations and developing and contributing to producing Operational Risk to Mission and Risk to Force Assessments. Position is considered Mission Essential and must comply with established USTRANSCOM requirements.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance or higher required. - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access. • The qualified candidate must have eight years of direct mission assurance experience and a bachelor's degree in a business, engineering, cyber security, or a related field. (Experience in place of education will be considered.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Preferred qualifications include experience coordinating issues with multiple military services and combatant command staffs.
• Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills required.
• Experience at USTRANSCOM or its Component Commands preferred.
• Confidence in drafting/briefing analysis to senior executives (General Officer), a plus.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are a must.
