C5T is currently seeking a Project Manager at Scott AFB, Illinois. The Project Manager plans, initiates, and manages IT projects. Leads technical staff. Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

The Project Manager will lead technical analysis of mission execution to measure mission planning effectiveness, identify inefficiencies in mission execution and provide recommendations on corrective solutions. The Project Manager will be expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• PM will provide predictive analysis on expected mission outcomes
• PM will aggregate, assess, and debrief mission results to measure desired effects.
• PM will be expected to employ Business Intelligence technologies
• PM will disseminate analysis via multiple means
• Collect and analyze information, help consult on courses of action, draft, edit, or provide inputs for briefing materials, talking points, and support discussions as tasked.
• Support discussions and meetings
• Prepare and maintain various tools and products for program management purposes.
• Collect, analyze, and distribute relevant historical program information to help the team gain a better understand of the project.
• Assist with the collection and consolidation dissemination of informational products.
• Draft trip reports, submit AARs.
• Assist with drafting parts of the evaluation report, review evaluation report.
• Support the routing and review of report findings.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical area.
• Experience with commercial or government analytic tools,
• Strong mathematical and analytic method skills, required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
• Exceptional time-management and task prioritization skills, required.
• Experience at Air Mobility Command or Tanker Airlift Control Center, preferred.
