The Senior Distribution Portfolio Analyst supports the requirements of USTRANSCOM organizations at Scott AFB, IL.  This position analyzes external Department of Defense IT investments affecting USTRANSCOM. 

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• The Analyst will be responsible for stakeholder socialization between USTRANSCOM and the military services and combatant commands, advising USTRANSCOM leadership with identification of gaps and duplications in distribution and distribution-related IT capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Secret Level Security Clearance or higher required. - The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• The qualified candidate must have a master's degree in a discipline related to the field of work along with 9 years related experience.  (Experience in lieu of education will be considered.) 
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Preferred qualifications include experience coordinating issues with multiple military services and combatant command staffs. 
• Candidate must have a working knowledge and demonstrated experience relevant to IT systems supporting the military distribution process and IT development requirements process.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
