The Senior Knowledge Manager is a key member of the team with responsibility across the entire program. This key position provides the expertise required to ensure all aspects of knowledge management are addressed in a way to increase the effectiveness of the team internally and externally.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides KM expertise and guidance for the COM-F team and associated stakeholders
• Evaluates and recommends improvements to both internal and externals (stakeholder) KM practices
• Develops, implements, and maintains an integrated Knowledge Management (KM) model
• Helps establish an environment and culture that efficiently shares knowledge, leverages data/content, and continuously innovates and improves work and business processes
• Harnesses the relationship between people, process, and technology in creating, organizing, and transferring know-how, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and effective decision-making
• Provides subject matter expertise, support and assistance to all member of the COM-F team
• Assists with KM enabling technical solutions, collaboration services, and related concepts, theories and practices
• Analyzes and improve internal COM-F processes, procedures and functions
• Assists with planning and implementing data management, content management, and related concepts, theories and practices
• Conducts knowledge assessments and KM Maturity Models analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience in knowledge management
• Process improvement and organization effectiveness experience/expertise
• Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification
• Secret Security Clearance
