C5T is looking to hire a Senior Strategy Analyst at Scott AFB, IL, supporting Air Mobility Command (AMC)/A5R. This position has broad responsibility for staffing AMC packages, coordinating inputs, and participating in working groups/teams to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviews and develops strategic plans, vision statements, and guidance documents. ensures continuity plans grow out of definitions of agencies' business functions and the processes required for achieving outcomes.
• Ensures agencies build on their strategic planning efforts of prior years, revisiting their mission, vision, and goals, considering the strategic plan, and changing opportunities.
• Manage the Crew Operations Review Team activities.
• Utilizes refined techniques for identifying, eliminating, or mitigating solutions, projects, and business risks.
• Understands customer, industry, and business trends.
• Collaborate with users to define specific business needs of their organization to determine Courses of Action (COAs) to solve specific problems using established C2 software or through developing new software.
• Provide technical analysis of MAF C2, flight planning processes, techniques, procedures, and flight planning mobility missions requirements.
• Validate and prioritize functional requirements on behalf of AMC.
• Translate user requirements to software development teams for design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Consult on the use/development of various software platforms.
• Perform technical and mission analyses of operational requirements, assist in developing system concepts, perform technological and trade-off study assessments of proposed designs and provide recommendations.
• Support and conduct systems analyses to include system design or design feasibility and state-of-the-art assessment.
• Occasional overnight travel required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 5+ years (10+ years preferred) of AMC related experience (HQ AMC, Airlift and Air Mobility Wing and Group Level) preferred
• Active DOD Secret Clearance
