C5T is currently seeking a Senior Wargaming Analyst to provide professional and functional expertise to USTRANSCOM Strategic Plans, Policy, and Logistics Directorate (TCJ5/J4). This position will directly support USTRANSCOM, Joint, Combatant Command (CCMD), Service-led, and other wargames by designing realistic USTRANSCOM scenarios and logistics planning assumptions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leverage knowledge of joint doctrine, strategy development, and joint planning principles for wargame development.
• Develop wargames assessing deployment and distribution challenges in the future operating environment.
• Understand organizational policies and processes, and their impact on operations.
• Facilitate wargame design and scenario development with associated objectives, purposes, and end-states.

Qualifications:

• Top Secret Level Security Clearance with sensitive compartmented information is required. The applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Master's Degree plus four (4) years' experience related to the field of work OR Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years related experience. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Highly experienced in wargame design and professional wargaming. Experience includes support of wargame administration, planning, execution and conducting after action activities. In lieu of wargaming expertise, similar qualifications in major exercise efforts may be considered.
• Professional experience must be in logistics, distribution, transportation, supply chain management, strategy, joint capability development, governance, and DoD strategy development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
