A ServiceNow Web Developer/Training Manager is being sought by C5T Corporation. This individual will provide expert support, analysis and research into complex processes and problems arising as they relate to the selected project/task. The selected person will serve as the technical expert on high-level project teams providing technical directions, interpretation, and alternatives.

This position may also have direct project staff supervision; therefore, personnel management experience will be a plus.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Proven skills with multi ServiceNow applications, including production or similar environments.
• The Web Developer/Training Manager will oversee multiple applications of the ServiceNow programs including, but not limited to the following areas:
• Development, code fixes, and ongoing maintenance;
• Code deployment, upgrades and performance-tuning.
• This position also requires development, documentation, and maintenance of the SRC Customer Self-Service website, while maintaining compliance with DoD regulations and security necessary protocols.
• Review, update, and maintain the SDDC SRC Customer Self-Service website in accordance with the security guidelines set forth by DoD and the US Army, all while restricting information to a need-to-know basis on information requiring a user ID and password.
• Regularly reviews the website, a minimum of once-per-month or more, to ensure posted information is current, accurate, and the site is user-friendly.
• Publishes solutions and changes to website after coordinating and obtaining approval of the Government Application Program Manager or designated representative.
• The ServiceNow Web Developer/Training Manager is responsible for development and maintenance of training materials associated with the ServiceNow training program.
• The selected applicant will also provide ServiceNow training to target audiences.
• Perform other duties and tasks, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• A minimum of six (6) years' experience is required.
• Must be able to effectively and tactfully communicate with customers and staff to convey and fulfill all duties and responsibilities listed in the contract.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are a must.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance level required: Secret the selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access. • US Citizenship/Work Eligibility: This position requires a candidate who is either a current US Citizen or has appropriate paperwork to show eligibility for full-time work in the US.
