C5T has an opening for an entry-level SharePoint Specialist to assist subject matter experts and analysts with process mapping and knowledge-based solutions.  Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and recommendations concerning methods, approaches and opportunities to help the organization maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Help develop, map, and integrate organizational business processes.
• Lead or assist in designing dashboards and process capabilities charts.
• Establish methods, best practices and standards for implementation and institutionalization and conduct design of experiments (what if analysis) from which fully informed decisions can be made.
• Capture, analyze, and report on existing systems to compare and analyze against processes to understand impacts and trends.
• Promote collaborative approaches to facilitate the sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners.
• Provide SharePoint troubleshooting support.
• Share experience across communities of practice, on innovative approaches in knowledge, information, and content management.

Requirements

• Associate degree in related discipline. Experience and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of education.
• Previous experience with SharePoint 2010 or 2016, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Working knowledge in configuring SharePoint document libraries, lists, team sites, content management sites, user permissions/security, and workflows
• Experience with Mobility Air Forces and associated Command and Control (C2) or similar type organization processes
• Proven experience in delivering practical organizational solutions using various techniques to include process, information, and knowledge improvement
• Familiarity with applying process improvement methodologies and principles to align an organization with its strategic goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Access
• Professional exposure to Six Sigma principles

All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members.
