C5T is seeking a Mobility Air Forces Command and Control (MAF C2) system Functional Training Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to provide support to a team of subject matter expertise who to facilitate establishment, prioritization, and identification of MAF operational requirements ensuring a proper balance among cost, schedule, and performance. Management support shall focus on Transportation and MAF C2 systems, knowledge management, and logistics information systems, including: Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS), Global Decision Support System (GDSS), Global Command and Control System (GCCS)/Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), Mobility Enterprise Information Services (MEIS), Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), and Mobility Air Forces Automated Flight Planning Service (MAFPS).

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides administrative support to training managers in the development of role-based application training materials. This may include handouts, quick reference guides, and other relevant administrative documentation.
  • Provides administrative support to training managers in on-site, remote and/or virtual training.
  • Provides administrative support to program manager in preparing meeting minutes, providing associated staff package drafts/inputs suitable for staff coordination, preparing briefing materials, completing Monthly Status Reports, and specifications and standards usage reports.
  • Maintains all related documents and correspondence in accordance with HQ AMC/A3C SharePoint business rules.
  • Coordinates participation in Joint Application Design/Rapid Application Development (JAD/RAD) sessions and communication between application developers and functional community.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Possess functional subject matter expertise and broad-based operational experience in transportation and MAF C2 systems
  • Experience in Air Mobility Command (AMC) Headquarters and/or similar staff
  • Understanding of current DoD and USAF doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations related to air mobility operations and planning
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage projects from concept to production
  • Must be able to thrive in a collaborative team environment, and quickly adapt to change
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Current Secret or higher security clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen
