C5T has an opening for a Transition Manager who will use exceptional interactive skills to assist Program Managers as they establish new projects/programs, ensuring those programs roll-out seamlessly and smoothly. The Transition Manager works regularly and closely with the Program Manager to achieve these objectives. This requires the individual to provide sophisticated knowledge in research, creating, gathering and incorporating feedback, then articulating to others any innovative technical approaches that may be useful to solve challenging problems and lead project teams to execute the proposed research.

The Transition Manager may have some supervisory duties, so management skills are preferred.

Other roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist and advise the Program Manager in coordinating, executing, tracking, and monitoring all transition activities between contract teams at the beginning and end of the contract.
• Transition Manager will efficiently gather information and other related details, and succinctly present implementation ready COAs.
• Occasionally schedule and assign tasks to others, as needed, to ensure success of programs.
• May assume responsibilities of Project Manager, in their absence.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a similar discipline is required.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years' of related experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and transfer results of research to operational use.
• Must be able to effectively and tactfully communicate with customers and staff to convey and fulfill all duties and responsibilities listed in the contract.
• All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, are a must.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance level required: To be determined a clearance level of "Secret" may be required. If so, individual will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for classification access. More details are available at website:

• US Citizenship/Work Eligibility: This position requires a candidate who is either a current US Citizen or has appropriate paperwork to show eligibility for full-time work in the US.
